Ra Vinyasa 1 is an introductory class for beginner students who are new to the practice. Proper alignment is taught, explained, and demonstrated. Instructors introduce foundational postures, the importance of breath, and how to weave both together into a Vinyasa flow. Optional Props: Blocks/straps can be used as needed. If you don’t have blocks, you can try a small stack of books, or tin cans. If you don’t have a strap, you can try a belt, scarf, or sweat towel instead.
