Ra Vinyasa Level 2 is a class for experienced practitioners which focuses on refining poses and building endurance in the body. It will offer a balance of strength and flexibility to challenge the fitness enthusiast. This class will build internal heat to encourage detoxification through sweat and enhance muscle and joint opening. Optional Props: Blocks/straps can be used as needed. If you don’t have blocks, you can try a small stack of books, or tin cans. If you don’t have a strap, you can try a belt, scarf, or sweat towel instead.
