Class Description: Temperature: 90 - 95 Degrees Ra Strength harmonizes the practice of yoga and the benefits of weight lifting. The added weight provides the resistance needed to strengthen, tone, and improve a regular yoga practice. This class is great for students who love high energy yoga with safe, foundational strength training. Things to Know: - All Studio Reservation Policies can be found here - http://rayoga.com/policies - Pre-Booking ends 30 minutes before the start of class. Walk-ins are welcome. - Typically, we have 1-2 no shows per class, which can open up last minute spots. - Booking Window & Late Cancel/No Show (reg. $6/$12) penalties vary based on membership and credit type.
