Intro to level 2 is designed to help students transition from our Level 1 class to a Level 2 class. Postures found in this class will be broken down a little bit more, while also introducing the groundwork for more advanced postures. All are welcome! Optional Props: Blocks/straps can be used as needed. If you don’t have blocks, you can try a small stack of books, or tin cans. If you don’t have a strap, you can try a belt, scarf, or sweat towel instead.
