Yin RAstore offers the benefits of both yin and restorative yoga, leading to an invigorated body and a calmed mind. Yin yoga brings stimulation to the fascia and joints of the body through holding postures in an intense yet stable position. Restorative yoga allows the body to be placed in comfortable postures so the nervous system can fully open and relax. Props may be used to allow for the greatest level of support in these poses. Our hope is students finish the class feeling relaxed and RAstored. Optional Props: Feel free to grab a bolster (or pillow), some blankets, two blocks, and/or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
